I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. We arrived earlier than expected, and they graciously offered us breakfast on the house—such a thoughtful gesture! We had originally booked a city view room, but to our delight, the hotel upgraded us to a sea view room at no extra charge. On our first day, we found a complimentary pack of fresh fruits waiting for us in the room, which was a lovely touch. One of the highlights of our stay was the personalized service. I forgot my phone charger, and the staff kindly lent me their own, ensuring I could keep my phone charged throughout the trip. We also tried the spa and massage services, which were incredibly relaxing and well worth it. The only minor inconvenience was that the nearest transportation option was a bus, as the subway wasn't close by. However, the hotel provided a complimentary taxi service to Taksim Square three times a day, which made getting around much easier. Overall, the combination of outstanding service, thoughtful amenities, and the extra perks made our stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again!

The service, the stay, how comfortable it is... I ended up extending my stay. I was just looking for a quiet place to work while getting to know the city and the Golden Horn exceeded my expectations. Istanbul is so extra and so big.. having a language barrier was at times overwhelming but Abdul, Feruza, Yasim, Eren.. everybody made me feel at home. They proactively helped with everything. There are always taxis outside and the hotel also has shuttles available so you can visit the city during the day. For a first timer here, the guidance and help offered was very much appreciated. & then the hotel.. It was rainy, it was sunny.. it didn't matter, I had a very pleasant time. Very fair price. The breakfast was very impressive, the food was better than what I have tried outside too. The team delivers a tray of fruits in the afternoon, and made sure I always had coffee or tea while working.. I pay a lot of attention to details and I got more than what I expected. Would not hesitate to come back, wish I could have stayed longer.

I enjoyed Istanbul. Abdulsalam khan made my stay in Dosso Dossi much easier. The experience is something else. My driver Ebrahim was very friendly. I truly enjoyed Dosso Dossi

The rooms were nice, the amenities were great. We had a beautiful view from the room, and got a bottle water everyday. The gym had enough equipment and the sauna was lovely. They served a nice variety for breakfast and my husband really enjoyed the daily soup.

I have been to the hotel several times now! With every visit my experience gets only better! Coming a long way from the USA and knowing your room will be ready no matter what time of the day you arrive is the best feeling! Clean property, best location, very friendly and professional staff! I want to say big thank you to front office manager BARIŞ ÖNAL for being professional, problem solver, and giving me and my kids awesome rooms for our stay! Also thank you to MOHAMMED AND MAHMUD for being very helpful with every detail! Will definitely come to the same hotel for next stay! And recommend for every visitor!

Very nice hotel situated in a good location. We got a room with a window overlooking the Bosphorus sea which was great. It is located in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle, so a bit further away from tram and metro stations however, there is a bus stop a short walk away. There are also taxis/uber easily available right outside the hotel so that was convenient too. Breakfast was great and glad we got to taste some traditional Turkish breakfast apart from the usual continental. Although it was quite cold, it was nice to sit briefly on the terrace outside and soak in the views.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team, especially Fairuza, Vidate and their colleagues (whose names I unfortunately don’t remember), went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and pleasant. The housekeeping staff was also outstanding especially Selda ESER, keeping everything spotless and making my experience even better. The hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out, and I felt well cared for throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable experience. The cleanliness and the view from my room was superb. The bathroom was super clean with extra shampoo, conditioners body scrub,, disposable oothbrushes and toothpaste and shaving utilities Quick response from staff. Staff willingness to go the extra even though the language barrier was an issue Turk people don't speak English and don't even try. The hotel provided transport from the hotel to Taksmin daily at no extra charge. Our driver Ibrahim was the best. Provided updates of what to expect and even guided us on what we can do and in and around Istanbul 😍 😍 Had to make use of Google translator.

I had an exceptional experience during my extended stay at this hotel. I especially want to highlight Fairuza at the front desk, she was truly outstanding. Fairuza went above and beyond, upgrading me twice to a King Suite with a beautiful sea view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly attentive and friendly, and the variety of food options was impressive, even considering the unique circumstances. I stayed longer than the average guest, and I can confidently say that everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this hotel!
